Pipedrive offers a spectrum of service options tailored to meet diverse business needs for everything from fledgling startups to established enterprises. Its tiered pricing plans are Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, and Enterprise options that provide options of varying levels of complexity and scale. Businesses of any size can find a suitable match.

Each plan builds upon the previous level, offering increased features, customization options, and support, allowing companies to scale their Pipedrive experience as they grow. Their service is ideal for companies of all sizes, with sales teams focused on closing deals with clients and small businesses with small sales teams looking for automation in the sales process.  We found Pipedrive to be a better solution for smaller businesses than Salesforce, which is quite expensive.

I used Salesforce from 2010 till 2017 when I could no longer stomach the constant price increases. Since 2017, I’ve used seven different CRM companies, and I am currently using Monday. In exploring Pipedrive more in-depth, we learned a lot; some things we liked, and some things could be improved.

Sales pipeline intuitive visualization is at the heart of Pipedrive, enabling sales teams to monitor deals at various stages effortlessly. This clarity fosters proactive engagement and timely actions to push deals toward closure. Comprehensive contact management capabilities ensure that every client interaction is tracked and leveraged in a timely manner, fostering richer relationships and more personalized engagement strategies. Pipedrive’s activity tracking system encourages accountability and focus among sales teams, aligning daily tasks with overarching sales goals.

Pipedrive’s automation tools are game-changers, reducing manual workload and freeing up sales teams to focus on high-value activities. Workflow automation can trigger actions based on preset conditions, ensuring follow-ups are timely and leads are nurtured efficiently. Email automation, for instance, allows for the seamless sending of personalized communications, while activity reminders ensure no task falls through the cracks.

The reporting is pretty slick here, enabling you to track progress toward goalsseamlessly. As you complete activities and drive deals forward, Pipedrive monitors your performance like a sales coach. It calculates your average conversion rate, so you know how many new leads to get and tasks to complete to meet your targets. Real-time reports show if you’re on track, giving you time to adjust course if needed. Automation makes dealing with volume a breeze.

Over three hundred and fifty integrations make Pipedrive stand out with its expansive integration ecosystem. Seamlessly connecting with a plethora of third-party applications and services ranging from marketing automation tools to financial software, Pipedrive extends its functionality, enabling a more interconnected and automated workflow. Its intuitive design, coupled with powerful automation and analytics capabilities, empowers sales teams to operate with unprecedented efficiency and insight. In the dynamic and competitive realm of sales, Pipedrive offers a compelling blend of simplicity, power, and adaptability, making it an invaluable asset for businesses looking to not just keep pace but lead the charge.

In today’s competitive market, agility and data-driven decision-making are paramount. Pipedrive’s analytics and reporting tools offer in-depth insights into sales performance, helping businesses identify trends, forecast outcomes, and adjust strategies in real time. Moreover, its mobile app ensures that sales professionals have access to critical information on the go, ensuring opportunities are never missed.

Pipedrive complements its software offering with a robust support framework, including 24/7 support, extensive online resources, and a vibrant community forum. This ecosystem not only aids in resolving technical queries but also fosters a collaborative environment where users can share best practices and optimization tips. One drawback we found in Pipedrive, and other reviews agreed, is their lack of human customer service support. The community has been asking for better support. It appears that if you pay for a higher level of service, you get better support.

Pricing

The pricing tiers are as follows: Essential 14.90 user/month, Advanced 27.90 user/month, Professional 49.90 user/month, Power 64.90 user/month, Enterprise 99 user/month, with a free 14-day trial offer.

Make note that the cost can be steep if you want to unlock all the features. Make sure to look over all the details to ensure that you have the right product for your needs and the price you want to pay. This is pretty standard in CRM. I paid for a yearly Monday service two years ago, but automation was over $3000 extra to set up through Carbon. Look over all the details before signing up.

To be transparent, we don’t currently use Pipedrive for our CRM. We invested a lot into Monday for our companies and haven’t had a compelling reason to switch yet. We did, however, spend a few months looking at the top-rated CRM services out there and reviewing their features, and then we chose the best to partner with as affiliates. We have used Pipedrive just enough to know how it works, and we scoured a lot of reviews.

One grievance is that you cannot attach more than one contact to a lead (which apparently has been asked for a few times). Overall, reviews are high (even with the complaints we found). There is really always something that can be better. The lack of human customer support is another drawback that others have complained about. We noticed that in the levels of service, higher cost equals better support.

Whether you’re a small team looking to scale up or an enterprise in search of agility, Pipedrive’s customizable platform is designed to meet you where you are and propel you to where you aim to be. Explore Pipedrive today and redefine what’s possible for your sales team. I think CRM is important even if you are a solopreneur. Being organized, setting up automation, and knowing your next steps are going to help you close more business.
