What CRM is Best for Small Business: Less Annoying CRM Harnessing the Power of Simplicity

As your business grows customer relationships become more challenging to manage. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools are necessary for keeping track of leads, customer interactions, and sales. Among the highly saturated CRM options, one name stands out for its simplicity and user-friendliness – Less Annoying CRM. Read more for an overview of what Less Annoying CRM offers, how it works, and why it might be the answer to your CRM needs.

Less Annoying CRM is a simple, easy-to-use CRM tool specifically designed for small businesses. They are built to eliminate the frustrating complexities associated with traditional CRM tools. Less Annoying CRM delivers an efficient, streamlined solution equipping you or your sales team with tools that help focus on nurturing customer relationships and driving business growth. Saving you both time and money.

When I first started out in sales, I sold business to business in Orlando, Florida. I was given a tracking paper with enough room for the business name, customer contact, decision maker, and times I stopped by. I could add notes about when to return and competitors. That was it. When I started my first business in call center sales, I made sure my team had a CRM tool that was better than what I had, and thankfully for my timing, Salesforce had a solution that met precisely what we needed.

I’ve used many CRM software as a service (SaaS) products for customer relationship management over the years and have found them all to be too much and way too expensive. Salesforce has increased its prices more times than I can comprehend. They have too many features, too many extras, and more than what I needed as a small business. I switched to Keap in 2019 and did these extensive marking campaigns with them. None of it was working, and it was just too much learning for the high charges. I just wanted something simple and easy to use and follow. In 2021 I finally threw in the towel with Keap and did a Google search for an easy-to-use CRM, that’s when Less Annoying CRM popped up, and with such a low monthly cost, I signed up right away.

As of the time of this blog post, Less Annoying CRM offers a flat rate of $15 per user per month. There are no hidden costs, no tiers of service, and no irritating up-sells. What you see is what you get, a refreshing approach in the world of CRM solutions, often known for their confusing pricing models. This service has straightforward pricing. They offer a 30-day free trial, making it an attractive proposition for small businesses on a budget.

Less Annoying CRM provides a straightforward, uncomplicated interface that allows users to manage contacts, track leads, set follow-up reminders, handle notes and history- and a dashboard that’s one place that centralizes customer-related data. The dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your business, giving a complete overview of contacts, notes, calendar events, and tasks, ensuring you never miss a beat. An easy-to-use pipeline report helps businesses visualize their sales process and prioritize their sales efforts effectively. Plus, they allow custom fields and pipelines, ensuring the software can be tailored to the unique needs of your business.

Customer Support Less Annoying CRM is known for its outstanding customer service. Users get free email and phone support, even during the free trial period. While I used the service, I found their response time quick, usually a few hours, and always helpful. The CRM I used before Less Annoying CRM was Keap; I had a lot of data in Keap, and when I decided to switch, I e-mailed customer support from Less Annoying CRM, and they moved all my data over for me.

Less Annoying CRM is not about bells and whistles; it’s about delivering a user-friendly, straightforward CRM solution that genuinely lives up to its name. Less Annoying CRM presents a compelling choice for small businesses looking for an uncomplicated, cost-effective way to manage customer relationships.

I currently don’t use Less Annoying CRM anymore. I switched to Monday.com for its automation and struggled through a year of figuring it out before forking out the $1,400.00 to Carbon for setting it all up. I was hoping for automation to enable my now multiple-people team to have automation, allowing projects to be assigned from one person to the next seamlessly. So far, it’s ok. The only reason I left Less Annoying CRM was because I was tempted by the automation, which didn’t happen until I spent extra. In hindsight, I would have stayed with Less Annoying CRM if I knew there would be extras for automation. If it was just me, or I didn’t need multiple areas of automation, I would 100% be with Less Annoying CRM because their service beats all of them, and it’s just easy.
